Its betterto join in any small company as a software programmer even if you get Rs/ 5000/- salary. because after you can get 20000 P/M easily. In india we are not even using 2% of GIS technology. It will take atleast 20 years to be able to use 20% of GIS in india. I have got 10 years of GIS exp. Indian GIS companies, use man power where we don't use brain. even a 10th pass/fail person can do the work of what a M.Tech Remote sensing guy or gal would do.
